- We promote the purchase of local and/or organic products for the preparation of our dishes.
- We inform you on the map of the origin of our products.
- We will provide “doggy bags” to avoid waste.

We sort our waste and recycle it
- We implement selective sorting by promoting the use of high-quality bulk products and trying to limit the use of products with single-use plastic.
- We compost what can be composted.
We reduce our energy costs
- In 2023, we replaced the oil boiler with a more efficient and more environmentally friendly wood pellet boiler. Our pellet supplier is a producer and distributor. Certified Din+, this producer manufactures at the Grand Serre factory in the Drome from local raw materials.
- In 2023, we changed all of our joinery to limit energy loss and improve the comfort of our guests.
- We are redoing the roof in 2023 again to better insulate our hotel and improve comfort.
- We are gradually replacing the taps in the rooms with taps equipped with aerator foamers.
We are raising awareness among our staff about ecological actions.
