Evening Menu
In May, the evening menu is getting a little makeover.
For starters, salmon gravlax replaces the homemade foie gras, which will return in the fall.
The asparagus cream and snail vol-au-vent remain on the menu to brave the evening temperatures, which are still unseasonably cold.
We offer duck breast with a delicious sweet and sour red fruit reduction.
For vegetarian dishes, we offer Piedmontese polenta and fresh peas! Discover the salsa sauce!
For dessert, we highlight Sault nougat!

Lunch Menu
Our lunch menu is also evolving, with Sault green lentils paired with fresh peas and egg making their debut on the menu.
And our house cordon bleu and pork ribs are still a hit with athletes and walkers alike.

Local products
We favor short supply chains and the preparation of seasonal products. No strawberries in summer but apricots, peaches, melons! Asparagus in May and zucchini, tomatoes and eggplants in summer! Small spelt all year round. You will love the richness of the products offered by Vaucluse and Mont Ventoux.
