Local products
We favor short supply chains and the preparation of seasonal products. No strawberries in summer but apricots, peaches, melons! Asparagus in May and zucchini, tomatoes and eggplants in summer! Small spelt all year round. You will love the richness of the products offered by Vaucluse and Mont Ventoux.
